As we finish the Pickleball Tournament this week, make sure you review the rules and history for the quiz on Friday. We will play an all star game after the quiz.
Remember we are going outside tomorrow, 10/5, to complete the Skill-Related Fitness Lab. Make sure you dress for the cold weather; sweat pants, sweat shirt and a hat if you would like.
Also, make sure you have a pencil with you in class for the lab sheet.
