Another school year has begun and we are looking forward to a wonderful and busy time together. During the 2011-12 school year, I will be teaching three courses that are included in the Culinary Arts Pathway; Introduction to Culinary Arts, Culinary Arts I and Culinary Arts II. It is my hope that many students will be "pathway completers" while enrolled at KHS. We will explore the many wonderful careers related to culinary arts and hospitality. In addition, cooking is fun and is a rewarding hobby! We are expecting a great year! Please check in often and if you have any family and/or friends that would be willing to share their "culinary expertise", please let me know.
