The Marketing Research Process
1. Define the problem--identify a problem related to Kell High and the Drama Performances (could be do they know about it, is it viewed as a "popular" thing to do, do students want to attend)
2. Obtain Data--create a primary data research survey. Include 8 force-choiced questions --2 yes/no, at least 2 mc, at least one rating quetion and 2 open-ended questions.
We will survey lunch students next week.
3. Analyze Data--you will compile, analyze and interpret the data.
4. Recommend Solutions-develop potential solutions.
5. Applying the result-put this into action.
Should we provide an incentive for participants? If so, what should it be?
