Back from a busy weekend, we are pumped and ready to dive into the Medieval period and The Canterbury Tales.

9/26=Vocab #4;Media center: 10th grade=Ivanhoe(due 10/27)12th=Medieval novel of your choice(due 10/27). All classes will be given the assignment for this parallel reading. Seniors will be preparing for the make-up writing exam today by writing an essay in class.(writing exam is tomorrow) We will begin the Prologue to Canterbury Tales.Download Medieval Novel

This week we will be finishing up Beowulf and Unit 1;next week will be the major test over unit 1 on Thursday Sept. 22! Quotes and vocab are ongoing assignments. I am feeling an inclination to check the quotes at #15, so be sure you have all 15 quotes in class on that day this week.
